Our Online Coaching Portal is an interactive experience powered by Artificial Intelligence.

 

So you won’t be working 1-on-1 with a person…

 

However, our goal in creating this platform was to replicate the same experience that you’d get if you were to be working 1-on-1 with a coach!

 

The only major difference is that we can afford to offer the same service at a fraction of the price!!

We’ll ask you several questions upon signing up to determine your goals as well as your calorie requirements & eating preferences. 

 

Our Online Coaching Portal will then construct an individualised meal plan for you (based off your responses).

 

Within the portal – you’ll have the ability to change / update your preferences at any time and modify the meal plan to ensure it works for your lifestyle.

 

We recommend following our services for a minimum of 12 Weeks to see the best results.

 

At the end of each week – you’ll be required to check in which will involve submitting current progress photos, recording your current weight and rating your compliancy with the meal plan over the last week. 

 

Our Coaching Portal will then make changes to your meal plan accordingly to ensure you remain on track to achieve your goals!

Upon signing up – you’ll be asked if you have any dietary preferences which will give you the ability to customise your plan accordingly.

No – we’ve done all the calculations for you so you don’t need to track anything!

 

We’ll tell you exactly what to eat to ensure that you hit your calorie and macronutrient requirements without having the stress of trying to “hit your macros”.

 

However, we will provide you with your daily calories & macros as a reference – so you’re still more than welcome track and eat flexibly if you prefer this approach.

No!!! We don’t expect you to completely eliminate everything you love which is why we have incorporated snacks within these plans where you’ll have the freedom to eat what you want (guilt free!).

 

We’ve also integrated a “Free Day” within each week for you to eat freely and enjoy any foods you want without jeopardising your progress!

 

However, please be aware that there will be some limitations around this to ensure you still get the results you want!

No – all the meals we recommend are extremely simple to create and don’t require any extensive cooking experience.

Yes – we will happily provide a refund in the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with something – but we will need to deduct a $25 admin fee in order to process the request.
